Not Compatible with iPhone

Several agents in our office including me have tried to download this and set up our profile on our iPhones and the app will not save the profile and move to the next step in the set up. Ive personally tried multiple times using different email addresses attempting to get around it but nothing works; it wont save the info and theres no error message. And there is no related information in the help section. Renders the app useless.
