Fix the bugs, please

This is a cool app, in theory, but mine freezes and shuts down too often for my liking in order to feel safe, which is the entire point behind the app. It did this on my iPhone 5, and now, on my iPhone 6. Also, it is not entirely user-friendly, as most people who have received my invitation to join reflect back to me that they dont know how to set it up. And these people are varied in tech abilities, which leads me to believe that the app is the problem.
