I check in but it never tells my daughters

It used to work but now it doesnt. I check-in and it tells me the check-in was successful, the history says I checked-in, but it no longer lets my daughters know. There is no way to talk to the company about this. The help and contact links on the website take you to a suspicious looking Canadian pharmacy website. Chrome, on the other hand, says the bSafe website is infected with malware. I hope the app isnt infected.
